We are back with renowned author Dan Pink to hear about his habits in the seven spokes of the Ziglar Wheel of Life. Of course, with his focus on perfect timing…in talking about what he does for his physical health, it was intriguing to hear his study shows morning exercise is better for losing weight and habit formation and gives good mood boost. But the case for later afternoon or evening exercise is there are fewer injuries, the exercise is less effortful, and people tend to enjoy it more. And your performance and speed will be better later in the day. Interesting to me, as I hit the weights or the road to run at 6:30am every morning.
